Misty was originally purchased from the pet store and kept with a male hamster (Cricket, who is also available for adoption). Evidently, she got pregnant and had a litter of babies (also with us!). She now enjoys life alone with endless treats and attention. She is very sweet (will nibble you if she thinks you have food) and friendly! Now that her babies have moved out into their own enclosures, she keeps to herself and spends more time in her burrow — but with some patience, she may come back out her shell.
