Step 1 – Review our Getting Started Guide
Please review our getting started guide before filling out the interest form.
Step 2 – Submit an Inquiry
Submit an inquiry by emailing us and answering a few questions.
Step 2 – Thoroughly review the resources on our site
After submitting your inquiry, please review resources on our site. These include guides covering general care, setup requirements, behavior tips, and dietary information. Ensure you review these materials thoroughly to prepare for the responsibilities of your small companion.
Step 3 – We’ll discuss more details via email or phone
Following your review of the resources, we’ll discuss more details to go over your questions about the guides, as well as discuss our requirements. Expect this within a week from having received the interest form.
Step 4 – There will be some back and forth to make sure you’re prepared
After our initial call, there may be some back-and-forth communication to ensure you’re fully prepared to care for your companion. This could involve additional phone calls with clarifying questions, discussing care needs, or providing additional guidance as necessary.
Step 5 – With the details ironed, you’re ready to welcome your new friend home
Unless you are getting a setup from us, we will need videos/photos of the final setup. Once all details are sorted and you feel ready, then it’s time! We’ll coordinate a convenient time for you to pick up your little friend and complete the adoption paperwork. Congratulations! Should you have questions afterwards, you can always reach out.
